Q. I need more square footage than your pallet deal. Do I have to pay full price since I'm not buying exactly a pallet?

A. The pallet quantity discount is a minimum amount for purchase at that price. Any square footage you need above the pallet quantity will receive the pallet pricing as well.

Q. When I place an order how long does delivery take? 

A. Average delivery time is  5-7 business days. Some shipments are quicker and some are slower.

Q. Why are your hardwoods so cheap? Is there something wrong with them?

A.  We buy most of our hardwoods directly from the manufacturers, eliminating the distributors and the dealers from the equation. We pass this savings along to you. We have very strict quality control standards and carry only first quality materials from our suppliers. All of our flooring comes with full factory warranties and we also back your floors with a money back guarantee. 

Q. What happens if my shipment arrives damaged?

A. If your shipment is damaged in transit, sign for the shipment but notate the damages. Take a picture of the damage, receive the shipment and call us. We will take care of the rest. Every shipment is packaged carefully and insured against damage. Occasionally it does happen but fortunately damage is rare.

Q. Is this laminate flooring?

A. No, it is real hardwood flooring. Many people confuse our engineered hardwood flooring for laminate because of the price. It is composed of 9 layers of all real wood creating the most dimensionally stable hardwood flooring available today. 

We do however, carry several laminates in our laminate product section, but the rest of the products on our site are real engineered hardwood flooring products.
