Salary: $42,000.00/yr, $120,000+ potential with Commission

As a store manager at Hardwood Bargains, you are on the front lines of helping and educating customers throughout their purchasing experience. You will continue to build business with existing customers while advocating, promoting, developing, and maintaining relationships with new clients. You will also receive a fresh stream of new clientele from high end online marketing campaigns and walk-in in traffic. Your passion to learn from and connect with the customers will ultimately help the organization along with your own personal growth and the team.

Hardwood Flooring experience NOT required, we will train and groom the right individual

Responsibilities: 
- You'll build long-term client relationships by listening and understanding the client needs and requirements with a consultative sales approach
- You'll demonstrate the benefits and quality of the products and services, providing a personal and informed recommendation while ensuring positive customer satisfaction
- Keep in contact with prospects
- Maintain consistent outreach efforts, researching new accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales goals
- Build relationships with industry partners including Architects, Builders, Designers and Installers
- Ability to make effective 'cold' calls and adapt to overcome typical challenges (gaining decision maker, handling objections or indecisive clients)
- Focused and results oriented: ability to complete target volume & quality of calls daily, both outbound and inbound
- You will maintain and motivate store staff by recruiting, training and coaching
- Manage store sales specialist by reviewing sales plan and strategies
- Maximize store profitability and meeting sales targets
- Organize store product displays and make sure showroom and warehouse kept neat
- Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures

Requirements: 
- You have a passion to hunt (cold-call), and educate
- You're not easily intimidated by new relationships
- You are self motivated, driven, have an ambitious attitude
- You have the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Passion to educate and sell while focused on solutions
- You are team player and can work well with colleagues
- You will provide customers and partners a high-level, white-glove experience
- You have the passion to lead and set a good example for others
- Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
