Inside Flooring Sales Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

As a hardwood flooring sales specialist at Hardwood Bargains, you are on the front lines of helping and educating customers throughout their purchasing experience. You will continue to build business with existing customers while advocating, promoting, developing, and maintaining relationships with new clients. You will also receive a fresh stream of new clientele from high end online marketing campaigns and walk- in traffic. Your passion to learn from and connect with the customers will ultimately help the organization along with your own personal growth and the team.

Hardwood Flooring experience NOT required, we will train and groom the right individual

Responsibilities: 
- You'll build long-term client relationships by listening and understanding the client needs and requirements with a consultative sales approach
- You'll demonstrate the benefits and quality of the products and services, providing a personal and informed recommendation while ensuring positive customer satisfaction
- Keep constant contact and outreach to prospects
- Research accounts, identify key players , generate interest
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales goals
- Build relationships with industry partners including Architects, Builders, Designers and Installers
- Ability to make effective 'cold' calls and adapt your approach to overcome typical challenges (gaining decision maker, handling objections or indecisive clients)
- Focused and results oriented: the ability to complete target volume & quality of calls daily, both outbound and inbound.

- You have a passion to hunt (cold-call), and educate - you're not easily intimidated by new relationships
- You are self motivated, driven, have an ambitious attitude
- You have the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

Digital Marketing Manager - PPC

Are you a marketing expert that takes pride in getting tangible results? Are you a self-starter who enjoys working independently, is willing to learn, knows how to wear many hats, and holds yourself accountable to hitting goals? If so, then we want to work with you!

Hardwood Bargains has an exciting opportunity for a full-time digital marketing specialist to join our team. You will have to translate data into actionable insights and strategies, and implement your ideas effectively. To succeed in this role, you will utilize both your creative and analytical skills to grow sales of both the Hardwood Bargains brand, as well as sister brands. Key skills required are creating and managing effective, engaging PPC campaigns across multiple digital channels with a focus on Facebook, continually optimizing for conversion.

Working in our South Austin office, you will support our marketing team in driving new prospective customers to our website with compelling visual creative, innovative landing page design, and data-driven funnel optimization across a variety of online channels.

Responsibilities: 
- Create and manage effective, ROI driven paid digital media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, AdWords, display networks & more
- Design & target out-of-the-box static & video media to prospects that engage on a personal level
- Construct & optimize digital media touchpoints including landing pages, emails, and display ads to drive new leads to conversion, as well as recapture existing disengaged leads.
- Improve successful efforts with analysis, split testing and fresh concepts

Requirements: 
- Education: 5+ years of producing ROI-driven results in the digital media sphere - college a plus, not required.
- Core skills: Strong creative, analytical, copywriting, time management skills
- A good attitude and willingness to learn!
- Adobe creativesuite
- General competency of HTML, JS, Php, associated platforms required for creation of conversion-centric web UX
